For Illuma Box/Illuma Print orders, each product is custom built and printed exclusively for you in our UK facility. It may take between 5 - 15 business days to create your unique Illuma Box. We want to ensure that your order meets all your expectations before shipping.
Every Illuma Print is produced in our printing factory in the UK and may take between 4 - 7 business days to create.
Part 2...
Shipping time: This refers to the duration it takes for items to be shipped from our UK factory to the destination.
Usually, delivery takes approximately 2 - 4 business days. In rare cases, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We kindly request your patience in such instances.
